Early Bird (vs) Standard Pricing

This year, we are changing/updating some elements of our registration process.

You will receive an invoice for the number of adults and youth that you have registered for after the Registration Deadline (August 17th for TLUSA Weekend; August 24th for AHG Weekend).

To get the early bird pricing ($15 per youth, $10 per adult), you must pay the invoice by the early bird deadline:

  • Trail Life: Payment made by September 2nd
  • AHG: Payment made by September 7th

Payments made after the Early Bird Deadline will be billed at the regular registration price – $25 per youth & $10 per adult.

Refunds/Adjustments

If someone is unable to attend and you inform us prior to the Early Bird Deadline, we can adjust your invoice (or refund you for that registration if already paid). 

After the Early Bird Deadline, no refunds or adjustments will be made; you will still pay for that person’s spot.

No substitutions can be made after the Registration Deadline. For example, if Bobby drops out on September 5th because he has a soccer game, you can’t replace him with another youth and you can’t receive a refund for his spot.

Payment can be made via:

  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Mailed Check
  • Day of event via cash or check 

Why are we making these changes?

Check-in on Fridays is already chaotic enough without having to handle taking payment or making adjustments for last minute roster changes.

We have learned the value of getting as much done ahead of time as possible. Patches, patrol packets, campsite assignments, etc. – all of these require some pre-planning.
