August 11th Q&A Recap + Resources

On August 11th, 2022, we had a held a Q&A meeting via Zoom for Troop members and youth. Here are the resources we talked about and a link to the recording.

Pre-Night Ops Information Brief – a printable document that your patrols can use to prepare for Night Ops.

Navigators & Adventurers Field Guide Set – a very useful quick guide for First Aid Skills and Outdoor Skills. Remember that patrols can bring printed resources along with them.

The Trailman’s Handbook Set – AHG patrols are encouraged to use the Trailman’s Handbook as a resource to see what is covered by their requirements for things, especially First Aid and even to bring with them for first aid reference if desired.

Review The Website – Remember to review the pages on the website for more details about the schedule, what different stations involve, etc. You can even watch the recording of the Zoom call where we walked through how to run your own Night Ops.

Adults – Remember to bring your lanyard & ID card to Night Ops. All Adults will be required to wear their adult member lanyards with their ID card at all time and keep it visible at all times. If you forget your lanyard, we will have some at registration for you to purchase, and we can print your member ID card.
