When registration opens, your troop representative will register for up to 3 patrols:

Patrol Sizes:

• 1 patrol (minimum 4 youths, maximum 8 youths + minimum of 2 adult volunteers)
• 2 patrols (minimum 9 youths, maximum 16 youths split between the patrols + minimum of 4 adult volunteers)
• 3 patrols (minimum 17 youths, maximum of 24 youths split between the patrols  + minimum of 6 adult volunteers)

Once accepted, each troop will receive their own attendee registration form and will registered their troop members. Adults are expected to volunteer to help run the event.

The event cost is per person and includes campground rental and the event patch. Food, gear, transport, etc. is on you.

• Youth cost: $20 per youth
• Adult cost: $10 per youth
• Non participating youth (but registered AHG youth): $10 per.

All attendees MUST be registered Adults or Youth. No parents/guardians who haven’t completed the registration process for Trail Life Adult Volunteers.

98% of Adults are expected to volunteer in some capacity.
